net neutrality: why it matters spread

A 3 page article in a project of mine called Audacious, a tech-focused magazine. This particular article attempts to inform its readers about the basics surrounding the issue of Net Neutrality, what it is, why it's important, and what you can do about it. The subject matter is actually something I feel very strongly about, especially since I use the internet every day!
