Hypoxia is a state of lack of oxygen to the brain and as such, the imagery fitting for this logo could only be a brain of some sort. The unique shape and color combination serve as a way to make you notice that something is different with this image. Similar to the way that this entertainment company wants you to look at what they do and see that they do things differently and in a way that deserves your attention!
