One of over a dozen recipe cards I made for a start-up alternative food company called Dolce La Vida that would sell the ingredients online in a kit for their recipes. Would function in a similar way to how Blue Apron runs their operation. This recipe here specifically is for their vegan carrot cake with macadamia nut frosting.
